Tuesday, 9th October 2007. Its Asyiqeen's 9th birthday today. The family decided to treat her to a sungkai buffet at Sheraton Hotel. Apparently, there is a "Study in UK" expo at Sheraton that day and obviously there are a lot of 6th form students and their parents attending this expo. The car park at Sheraton was almost full when we arrived.
We went in to Tasek Brasseire restaurant at around 5.45pm. There were still some empty tables inside. However, when we walked over to the food counters outside, i.e. at the pool we saw the tables there are mostly occupied. Saw a few regular bloggers there too including AnakBrunei, Rano, StupidLogic, etc. Malu ih kan tagur durang... who am i .. kan kan kan? hehe
Anyway, the buffet is great. The choices of food are generous. I love the grilled lamb, the seafood counters and of course the desserts... love them all.
Apart from the special treatment at Sheraton, Asyiqeen requested daddy to buy her a car as a birthday present this year. So, I went up and down looking for the right car for her.... and alas I found a car that she really loved and enjoy to drive around.
